Shipping & Delivery

We provide free domestic shipping to all 50 states through FedEx expedited shipping. We endeavor to ship your jewelry within 14 business days. Custom design orders may be time-consuming due to the designing process and production timeline. However, we do our best to keep your timeline in mind when creating your custom jewelry.

We require all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. To protect your jewelry, Hourihouston always ensures all items for their full value. Your purchase is gently placed and packaged in our signature boxes for a stunning reveal. You will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number once shipped. For security reasons, all shipments require an adult’s signature upon delivery. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving and signing for receipt.

We ship international orders through DHL with a $50 shipping fee. All shipments can be tracked through the DHL link you have received via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each jewelry item we offer is made-to-order and custom-fitted for each individual customer. Considering the circumstances, all items/orders are considered final sales and may not be returned for a refund. For any questions, please contact our customer support BEFORE placing your order. It is crucial for the customer to measure their correct size prior to purchasing. In exchange for a different size or style, customers may contact Houri Houston customer support at info@hourihouston.com. We will strive to accommodate your needs. To be eligible as subject of a request for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging; the request must be made seven (7) days of receipt of the order. Any exchange request must be approved by Houri Houston. A restocking fee of 20% may be due and paid in full prior to re-delivery.
